She is getting her forth haircut, ever in her life. Her first haircut I did when she was 10 years old. She cut off 42" of her hair then. When she turned 14 she came and cut off 20" of her hair. When she turned 16 she came and cut off 14" of her hair. Now she just turned 18 and came back for her next haircut.She just cuts off 12 inches of hair this time. It shows her models her hair before, and then the complete haircut, and then she models her brand new look. She then talks about how much she likes her new haircut.
